Refund Policy

All refund requests are subjected to Oscar Wellness management approval.

By submitting a Refund Application Form, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions.

Any returns of multiple units will be refunded for the value of one item only, and the extra units will not be returned back to customers.

Refund Application Form must be submitted along with certified proof of medical conditions or allergic reactions, due to certain ingredients from our products.

The original shipping fees, vouchers, and points used during your purchase are non-refundable.

Any points granted through the purchase of a money-back item will be deducted from the account accordingly.

All return shipping charges, including delivery fees, taxes, and tariffs are to be borned by the customer.

Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of refund application approval, and any returns made beyond the date will not be granted a refund.

Oscar Wellness will not be responsible for any logistic mishaps during the returned items' delivery process, including but not limited to lost, damaged, or delayed parcels. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable delivery service.

Lost or damaged items during the return delivery process will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued within 14-20 business days upon receiving the returned item in a good condition, subject to Oscar Wellness approval.

Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment (PayPal, 2C2P, Bank Transfer), or in the form of E-voucher, should a request be made.

Oscar Wellness reserves the right to reject a money-back request, should any of the requirements are not met.

Oscar Wellness reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this money-back policy at any time, without prior notice.
